7. Refund Policy

We offer partial refunds based on the quality of work received:

• Grades below 69% – 50% refund
• Grades between 70-79% – 30% refund
• Refund requests must be submitted within 10 days of order delivery.

For non-academic services (e.g., resume writing, career services), edit requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. These services are non-refundable.

10. Plagiarism & Originality Guarantee

• All work undergoes plagiarism checks to ensure authenticity.
• If plagiarism is detected beyond reasonable reference formatting, clients may be eligible for partial refunds.

11. Severability Clause
